Responsibilities

-To manage budgets, financial accounts, internal controls and financial reporting 

-Establish the financial management reporting system

-To ensure compliance on statutory and local tax requirements including best practice financial transactions

-Work with Group Treasury on management of cash calls and intra-company loan agreements

-Handle all accounting and financial operations within the company

-Maintain general accounting and annual financial statements

-Control the preparation and issue of the financial statements of the company

-Ensure Inventory Closing

-Cash Management

-Responsible for Tax matters

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications

• Management experience running a financial function at a senior level

• Oil and Gas experience preferred
