This role is within their Hedge Fund Administration department and will involve managing teams of Supervisors, Senior Fund Administrators and Administrators, dealing with Clients at senior Level ensuring SLA’s are reached as well assisting senior management with long term business objectives.

Key areas of responsibilities will include:

• Oversight of your teams workflow ensuring all aspects of the valuations process are completed in time and in accordance to the clients requirements.
• Relationship management with key client senior management
• Liaise with human resources on all aspects of team hiring, training and development
• Monitor and ensure quality controls are met.
• Management of IT issues.
• Management reporting/Financial control.
• Project Management – conversions, process improvements and systems implementations
