About our client
Our client is one of the oldest banks in Switzerland. Besides Lugano, where its headquarters are based it is present and well positioned in the main European capitals. Its wealthy and demanding clientele is accustomed to our client's state of the art products as well as its expertise in Art consulting and Art banking.

For its headquarters in Lugano we are looking for an "Art Director" to manage, advice and develop the art banking unit in line with our client's group strategy.

Job description
Our client's Art Banking Department is in charge of identifying and researching market opportunities for buying and selling artworks and working out investment strategies for its art-loving clientele. As an Art Director you will provide your clients neutral and independent advice on buying, selling, managing and insuring Art. You will be in charge of representing and developing our clients brand in line with the group strategy, such as coordinating and organising art events as well as promoting internal best practices.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for an Art loving specialist with many years of experience managing art at a financial institution and with strong project management and business development skills.
You are native Italian and are passionate about advising clients and are well connected in the Art Banking world. If you are enthusiastic, entrepreneurial and enjoy working in a smaller but very professional organisation you are our person.
