A Large Advisory CA Firm is currently looking to appoint a Senior Auditor to join the Corporat Finance Team in Sydney.

An excellent opportunity if you have an Audit/Transaction background and you are willing to move to Corporate Finance (M&A).

The successful candidate will be:

• managing and servicing a wide range of clients by identifying and managing risk at a strategic and tactical level in M&A transactions (valuations and due diligence assignments)
• planning, coordinating and supervising the junior audit staff during the field work phase
• implementing processes and take responsibility for continued follow up to ensure optimum results are achieved.

The suitable candidate:

You will be CA qualified (or part qualified) with a minimum 3 years of supervisor/senior level experience in Audit ( from a CA Firm) and will possess excellent communication & management skills.

Also, a previous experience in Valuation or Due Diligence assignments is highly appreciated.
