Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, based in Hong Kong, you will be responsible for discussing, analyzing and monitoring the various functionalities within the project.

Leading European Investment Bank is recruiting a Business Functional Manager to join a global finance system implementation project team. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, based in Hong Kong, you will be responsible for discussing, analyzing and monitoring the various functionalities within and related to the project. 

Primary responsibilities include the following:

<LI> Collecting and coordinating the implementation on all the specific functions for this project across Asia-Pacific

<LI> P&L sell down process you will also be involved in

<LI> Finding the solutions for structured trade transaction booking, funding arrangement and calculation, including the set up various reconciliation and control points.

<LI> You will manage a team to work with other project managers and reporting managers and also get involved in all the key change management processes of this project and help to identify the impact of these changes.

<LI> Identify solutions for multiple system structures on structured trades, demise of TM1 and changes in process flow

<LI> Agree all solutions with affected parties and ensure the solution is implemented by the project team or change management team.

<LI> Participate in testing of all specific functions

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with a minimum of 8 years working experience in financial institutions. You will have outstanding leadership skills, with a proven track record in people management. Strong product knowledge such as structured product, FX and IR would be an advantage. You also need to have basic knowledge in various reporting requirements, including financial/management/regulatory reporting. Candidates should have good presentation and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently. Treasury and investment banking product experience would be an advantage.
