International Bank - Reporting to the Head of Corporate Banking you will take responsibility for developing and managing Private Equity clients directly or through third party introductions. Head of Leveraged Finance

 With a strong of senior managers supporting this division, the successful candidate will be:-

-Experienced in Leveraged and Structured Finance within the Private Equity space and able to demonstrate a successful personal track record of achievement

- A track record of successfully leading a team within, ideally, an international bank with a  matrix-reporting structure.

-While not a pre-requisite for the position it would be beneficial if the candidates presented were open to furthering their banking career abroad at a later stage in their career within the Group 

-The Head of Leveraged Finance will need to be comfortable working alongside and at times be subordinate to the Senior RMs within Corporate Banking that actually manages the client relationship. The Leverage Finance function is to “work behind” the Corporate RM and structure the finance around the deal.

-Skills in structuring are paramount for this role with networks important but to a lesser degree.

-This role reports to the Head of Corporate and in terms of seniority sits on the same level as a Relationship Director in Corporate Bank.
