    Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, Singapore, this role has primary responsibility for managing and leading the branch's Management Reporting requirement. The role would require you to execute business performance analysis and management create an end to end process of the budgeting plan, forecasting and budgeting by engaging and influencing business heads. You will also need to implement an on-going tracking of plans, forecasts and budgets against the agreed targets and revision of these if necessary. A key area of focus is to work with and understand the performance of the business and its key drivers and to formulate a framework to provide valuable insight to products and business performances to help achieve KRAs and key targets. You would also need to work with the business finance teams to provide timely and accurate MIS, to ensure that MIS reflects true profitability of the business, including costs, EL, Balance Sheet, and Capital and proactively work with the businesses to analyse gaps between actuals, budgets and forecasts.

    Skills

    You would be expected to possess tertiary qualifications in Accounting (CPA preferred). 8+ years relevant experience, preferably in a major international bank is another pre-requisite. You will also be expected to have thorough knowledge and experience in banking products with experience in leading a small team. You must possess excellent written and spoken English skills. A demonstrated ability to work under pressure, and having excellent time-management skills along with strong computer literacy (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook etc) would be necessary.
