Are you an experienced administrative individual working with an established trustee?

Do you have more than 3 years of estate planning experience under your belt?

Can you time-manage the administering of multiple estates across multiple sites nationally?

If all the above boxes are ticked then this may be the change you're seeking. You may be in a similar role with a smaller organisation; looking for a change with a bit more autonomy and stimulation; or seeking to progress your career having been an "understudy" for a number of years.

Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you will be acting on behalf of the organisation as Executor for clients with funds under trusteeship in access of $500,000, specifically Deceased Estates and continuing trusts of Wills and Deeds. You will be competent in the setting up and closure of estates. You will be comfortable liaising with externals such as executors and beneficiaries. You will also be confident in building relationships with internal stakeholders such as State Managers and Legal Trust Officers in each state.
