Our client is a well established European Investment Bank seeking an experienced senior project manager to join their business strategic programme team. 

In this role, your key objective is to shape the optimal Regional Process Excellence programme for the Function with a primary focus on the Run The Back drivers to reach the functional objectives thus delivery of impact is vital.

The key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Creating a common language, tools and techniques linked to a clear strategy and a structured approach to Measurement, Process Management, Process Improvement, Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement
- Using practical experience and industry best practice knowledge to build on initial versions of the bank's Power of Process strategy, approach, methodologies and toolkit to create a tailored approach
- Ensuring that the Regional Process Excellence structure carries activities that clearly demonstrate add value to the function
- Assessing regularly the level of Process Excellence deployment in the different teams in the function and develop action plan to take the function to the next generation of deployment
- Developing the regional communication strategy to ensure Process Excellence builds and retains an appropriate profile, and provide effective recognition to those involved

The suitable candidate should have the following requisites:
- Have 6 years plus relevant experience
- Possess solid grounding and practical technical and application experience in Process Improvement, Continuous Improvement and Process Management.
- Industry experience from a transactional / service environment is preferred, but not essential
- The necessary gravitas to be credible with Operations Senior management (globally and regionally)
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Strong presentation, networking and influencing skills
- Detailed and results oriented
- Delivery focused with sense of urgency
