This transformation process is one of the top priorities to enable the pursuit of Euroclear's expansion objectives.
In order to support this transformation objective the Finance division is putting in place a new “Projects and Continuous Improvement” department.
To help to steer the further roll-out of this transformation, we are currently looking for an outstanding senior manager who has gained a strong experience in mastering quality process redesign and exposure to business process re-engineering, and to who we offer the unique opportunity to be actively coached and to further strengthen their skills in general management.
Your responsibilities:
You will:
- Lead the set up and afterwards the management of the Finance Quality Management System (QMS). The QMS will enable the organizations to identify, measure, control and improve the various core business processes.
- Ensure close monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relative to effectiveness & efficiency by Finance management.
- Assume responsibility for all aspects of change projects – ranging from value stream analysis to organizational review, advanced problem solving and assessment of underlying people behaviors.
- Be a thought leader and change agent, with the required people management skills to motivate business groups to fundamentally alter their mindset.
- Be taught advanced change management skills in line with a transformation strategy.
- Have a great deal of autonomy, interact on a daily basis with all levels of management.
- Be exposed to a wide variety of topics, problems and domains and have a unique view on the interaction of the different Finance departments. It is expected that, in line with Euroclear Policy, this position leads after 2-4 years to a different leadership role within the Euroclear Group.
Your profile:
You have:
- An advanced degree from a leading university or similar through experience, a MBA is considered to be a plus
- Experience in a Financial Division related to Accounting or Management Reporting or procurement or Tax or Treasury
- Effective experience in quality methodology & assurance methods (such as ISO 9001,SAS 70, Lean management, six sigma)
- Excellent English communication/presentation (both verbal and in writing) and negotiation skills;
- World-class analytical skills
- Drive and energy, strong entrepreneurship
- A proven track record of results, preferably in an international environment
- Ideally, experience with world-class advisory services, either as external or internal consultant
