Well established, multi billion dollar private equity fund seeks a VP to join their Marketing & Investor Relations team.

Marketing & Investor Relations team has overall responsibility for the firm’s Marketing, Fundraising and Investor Relations activities, as well as the coordination of the Limited Partner co-investment activities. 

Successful candidate will participate in all aspects of fund raising and new product development, and will participate in meetings with LP’s and prospective LP’s. Responsibilities also include liaising between LP’s, accounting firms, law firms, advisors, etc. 

Additionally, VP will assist with coordination of all LP co-investment related activities.   

Previous Investor Relations and Fundraising experience is required, ideally from a Private Equity firm, although hedge fund, or placement agent, experience would also be considered. 

A graduate degree in a business related area is required, MBA is preferred.
