Financial Modeller - PPP / PFI. A Financial Modeller is required by an international consulting firm to provide financial modelling expertise within the PPP / PFI space across a range of sectors, including infrastructure, education, BSF, healthcare, housing, regeneration, 2012 Olympics etc. Key responsibilities: -

Financial Modeller - PPP / PFI. A Financial Modeller is required by an international consulting firm to provide financial modelling expertise within the PPP / PFI space across a range of sectors, including infrastructure, education, BSF, healthcare, housing, regeneration, 2012 Olympics etc. Key responsibilities: - Strengthen the team's financial modelling resource - Build bespoke financial models for a range of transactions, including PPP / PFI, project finance, property and corporate finance transactions - Responsible for all financial modelling activities in support of PPP / PFI projects - Support teams evaluating bids received. Key skills and competencies: - Expert financial modelling skills - Knowledge of UK PPP / PFI structures - Knowledge of UK tax and accounting relevant to PFI / PPP projects - Creative problem solving skills and excellent analytical and organisational skills - Excellent interpersonal skills, preferably with some client facing experience.
