• Build complex statistical models and perform analysis using SAS.

• Determine objectives and requirements from business partners and create valid data extraction specifications.

• Prepare presentation of results and recommendations.

• Deliver presentation of results to business partners and/or senior management.

• Support development of models and data as needed, including validation, replacement where necessary, and implementation.

• Research new models and continuously refine and extend models thereafter.

• Advise senior management, clients, and other business partners on the effective use of analytical methodologies, particularly those related to statistics and modeling.

• Research and import new analytical methodologies into the company. • Continuously expand and grow competency in statistical and analytical principles, tools and techniques.

• Perform other duties of similar nature and complexity, as assigned.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics, Quantitative Management, Econometrics, etc., or the equivalent in training and experience.

• Credit Card, Banking, or Personal/Student Lending industry experience preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years post academic work experience performing applied statistical analysis and modeling or research design using statistical software in mainframe or PC environments.

• Highly developed SAS programming skills.

• Experienced with SQL .

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

• Ability to work with minimum supervision.

• Highly developed written and oral communications skills.
