Our client is a leading pan-European private equity fund. Operating out of London, Madrid, Milan and Paris, this fund invests in a range of sectors with a deal size of €500 million to €5 billion. The London team is looking to make several Associate hires.

This position will offer exposure to all aspects of the private equity process.  The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside one of the most experienced investment teams in the sector and would be taken on in the hope and expectation that they would have the potential to become Partners in the future.  The role will involve analysis and screening of potential investments, support in deal structuring, valuation of potential investments and broad involvement in deal execution and negotiation.  Associates would also participate in portfolio company monitoring and any related transaction and exit work.

The successful candidate will have experience in a premier strategy consulting firm, or possibly the transaction services / corporate finance department of a big 4 accountancy firm.  In all cases exposure to and knowledge of buyout activity will be essential.
