Business Performance Reporting

• Development of a decision support team within the Finance function and act as the Finance Business partner to the Homeloans, Banking, Treasury and Wealth Management units.

• Assist Business units across the Group in the preparation of business cases & models.

• Analyse and interpret results on business proposals including sensitivity analysis

• Pricing Analyst – including unit cost analysis, reviewing

• Preparation of Board papers and ad hoc reports for Executive Committee as required.

• Supervision and development of Financial Planning and Pricing Analyst.

Likely qualifications, knowledge and experience:

• Commercially minded qualified accountant and/ or MBA with at least 4 years PQE in a financial services

• Finance Function ( and ideally from a Big 4 Background)

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work at all levels.

• Understanding of key business drivers for Retail & Business Corporate Banking

• Understanding of key financial analysis indicators

• Knowledge of Oracle Financials and Business Objects is an advantage.

• A proven track record of delivering high quality customer support
