This City based Investment Bank is looking for an HRIS & Compensation Analyst to report into the Head of HR. Key responsibility will be for the HRIS database and HR data reporting requirements.
An essential part of the role will be to develop Excel based compensation and HR data models and analyses and produce accurate and relevant reports. Responsibility for the maintenance of procedures to ensure data integrity and assist with data checking, statistical and external market analysis is also a core part of the role.
Advanced Excel with the ability to use it as a tool for modelling and data analysis is crucial. Prior experience in a similar position is also required, preferably within an investment banking environment. You will have the capability to develop high quality reports and use a data reporting tool such as Crystal. Strong organisation and time management skills as well as attention to detail and the ability to function under pressure is required.
