Effective communication forms a core part of the introduction of change within any firm, to ensure everyone is aware of what activity is underway and how it affects them at both the high level “vision / strategy” level and at the practical “day to day” level. This takes focus and expertise to ensure communication is effective – the relevant messages, to the right stakeholders, delivered at the right level and in appropriate format.

We currently do this ad-hoc with senior management and admin support doing various elements as and when required. There is limited co-ordination and the work tends to be reactive rather than proactive. Messages vary from event to event and from team to team. Hence, we are looking for an enthusiastic person to be the full time communication analyst – ensuring the TG communication (both external and internal) is proactive, relevant and consistent, using the monthly metrics pack as the basis for general communication.
