based in Luxembourg

In this new role, you will support our client's offices in Zurich and Stockholm as well as :

• coordinate the implementation of new intermediary arrangements
• develop and maintain a clear understanding of each client's needs
• lead regular meetings with the client to review their distribution arrangements
• act as the client's principle point of contact regarding portfolio and other queries
• maintain and update client information
• review client reports produced by Operations to ensure content meets high quality standards

Your profile:

• a minimum of 3 years in Investment Management, either in a fund management or a client service or a portfolio management role
• understanding of mutual funds distribution and legal agreements would be a key requisite
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• effective presentation skills
• fluent English, German and French
• willing to travel
