My client, a top European Investment Bank is currently looking for a 1st tier Investment Banker to join this outstanding ECM team. This fantastic opportunity has arisen for a pro-active & self motivated Senior Associate to VP to join this team.

Either you will be working in this capacity here in HK or you maybe a Chinese National returning home from overseas either way you will be able to demonstrate the following competencies:

• Proven ECM execution experience. Be able to lead and co-ordinate with the CF execution team in executing an ECM transaction with minimal supervision such as IPO and placing

• good knowledge of institutional investors' background and strong networks ideal

• Be involved in early stage of deal marketing to potential anchor/cornerstone investors in an IPO transaction

• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

• Able to pre-market placing deals with potential investors when bought over the wall

• Knowledge of syndicate function.
