This leading European private equity business has a key strategic focus on investing into the real estate sector. Currently actively investing into the Southern European fund, the investment team is focused on sourcing potential investment opportunities across the Baltic region, Romania and Bulgaria.
The successful candidate will assume a high profile position within the business contributing to the evolution of the business and will drive future fund raising and investment deal execution efforts.

You will work in partnership with another Director to originate investment opportunities, as well as leading due diligence exercices, and overseeing the completion of deal execution phases of the investment process. Additional responsibilities will include the development and coaching of associate level members of the team, developing increased regional connections with real estate developers and other target counterparties, and identifying future target geographies.
