TITLE: HR ASSISTANT - COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
JOB DESCRIPTION: This role is varied and challenging and your duties will include:
Assisting in the management and administration of the compensation and benefit programs
Maintaining HR systems and personnel files
Prepore reports and complile statistics
Assist with administration related to the HR Function
Coordinate the new hires and exit processess.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
It is essential that you are fluent in English and French.
You must possess exceptional organisational and time management skills.
You must have 2 years experience working in a similar role.
SALARY: Negotiable
