Working with the Operational Risk Manager and the Risk Management team, the role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of the business by enhancing our risk management capabilities across the enterprise with particular focus on operational and group risk.

Responsible for in-depth analysis of operational and group risks.
Supporting the management of the operational and group risk frameworks.
Supporting and enhancing our enterprise risk management framework.
Involved in stress and scenario testing programmes.
Analysis and implementation of operational risk management mitigation techniques.
Analysis of the wider risk environment - e.g. macro-economic risk, emerging risks etc.,
Engaging in the day-to-day management of the identification, measurement and control of risks within this Life company.
Producing risk documentation as required.
Producing, analysing and enhancing Risk Assessments for new initiatives/ products/ internal changes as required.
Producing risk management reports as necessary.
Providing risk management support for the business/functional units.
Analysing risk publications and regulatory documentation.Carrying out and analysing controls and risk identification assessments.Responsible for documenting findings and challenging risks in a professional way.
