For a leading international Private Bank located in Geneva (Switzerland), we are looking for a SENIOR TRUST OFFICER with proven experience in administering Trusts and Offshore structures.

For our client, a leading international Private Bank located in Geneva (Switzerland), we are seeking a SENIOR TRUST OFFICER to complete its Trust & Fiduciary Administration team. ROLE:

  • Administer trusts and other fiduciary vehicles, communicating with internal customers and intermediaries as necessary and ensuring that all regulatory, legal and internal requirements are met.
  • Perform specialised processing duties using standard systems, procedures and controls.
  • Solve problems by the application of acquired knowledge and skills.
  • Provide accurate informed response to enquiries or make referral to Line Manager.
  • Provide input to improving workflow and the overall efficiency of the business unit.
  • Work within a team using established guidelines and deal with queries from other business units.
  • Agree and achieve workplans and standards with Line Manager.
  • Be responsible for own personal development and training plans proactively pursuing opportunities to develop knowledge and skills.
  • Will have responsibility for own portfolio of clients.
  • Review and sign work undertaken by Assistant Trust Officers.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

  • Technical knowledge and experience in the fields of Trust & Fiduciary vehicles.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Trust Officer
  • Fluent in English, other language is a plus
  • Recognised Professional Trust Qualification (e.g. STEP Diploma)
  • Sound knowledge of Trust & Fiduciary Vehicles
  • Required personal skills: achieving excellence, influencing, inspiring, communicating, building understanding and trust, collaborating for success, understanding issues, finding solutions, gathering information
