One role requires you to keep on top of all Corporate Action events that affect their equity clients, ensuring these are processeed in an efficient and timely manner. There will be a need to assess and identify which clients are eligible for upcoming corporate actions and to communicate this to advisors. Applicants will need to have at least 12 months recent experience in a corporate actions / income team.
The other opportunity is more of a financial control based role, requiring the jobholder to facilitate financial control administration over any equities, options, FX and MM transactions. Duties will include the management and reconciliation of trust accounts and house positions and the authorisation of all daily receipts and payments.
