Personally develop and manage a portfolio of key clients, developing financing packages and bids for clientcompanies within IFS guidelines to achieve target income levels.
Proactively identify new business and referral opportunities and create additional income across IFS Partners.
Continuously assess the quality of service provided to principal clients, ensuring service provision is of the highest quality, develop measures and processes to assess service levels and to identify potential improvements.·
Assess the quality of lending proposals, analysing member financial information and establish with members a sound and robust basis for agreeing local lending proposals in line with IFS and Risk Management guidelines.
Personally sanction lending within own personal lending authorities including gathering and analysing client financial information and using this information to make lending decisions.
Prepare and submit for approval lending proposals outside own authorities with full justification for recommendations, including obtaining and analysing industry and business information.
