A chance to work within a well established, growing organisation in a booming market. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of deal origination and execution as well as overseeing the work of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identifies & originates deals and markets bank's products and services by building relationships with key clients
  • Oversees fee negotiations on all transactions in assigned sectors/markets
  • Oversees all deal and transaction execution to ensure deals meet client requirements and are consistent with bank's quality requirements
  • Lead client management in cases of complex landmark transactions in the assigned sectors/markets
  • Provides thought leadership and expert opinion on assigned sectors/markets
  • Develops and manages others effectively to achieve targets and results by allocating, monitoring and reviewing key deal matters / client relationships as well as through pro-active coaching
  • Develops strategies and articulates implementation plans for developing bank's business
Candidate Requirements
  • 7-9 years experience at a recognised Investment Bank
  • CA or MBA from a leading university
  • Well networked in the GCC Market
  • Extensive experience in deal generation
  • Strong structuring skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Leadership and excellent relationship building skills
