Job Description:

Interactive Data Corporation is seeking a Night Operator to join its analytical reporting group.

The Night Operator will work closely with our client services, sales and quality control departments providing operational support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various levels of data processing and operations support for our clients
• Provide relationship management, basic training and light interpretation of our analytical software results
• Test, document and report bugs in our analytical software
• Assist in implementation of new accounts
• Maintain and update processing procedures for new and existing accounts
• Provide expert on-line security modeling and training for our clients

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Intermediate PC skills including Microsoft office experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Experience working in QC or testing environment (for software applications) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Business, Economics or Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience
• Must be able to work 6:00 pm to 3:00 am
