Senior managerial role within this leading global group responsible for overseeing the Ports Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

This leading international Ports team sits within a highly successful and well respected global banking group. The group specializes in investing in infrastructure assets globally with assets in most continents including the U.S. Asia, Europe and Australia that provide essential services to communities, businesses, governments and individuals. Specific sectors of interest include roads, bridges, tunnels, airports, ports, rail, power, oil, gas and utilities.

This role sits within the highly successful Ports division, arguably one of the organisation's most profitable divisions. A senior managerial role you will be responsible for overseeing the existing investments in the sector as well as overseeing investment analysis and the investment approval process.

You will have detailed knowledge of and experience in investment banking / Mergers & Acquisitions ideally in the maritime and ports sector but not necessarily.

Or

A background in the Maritime and Ports sector in a CFO role.

You will be experienced in and have a solid understanding of investment analysis and the investment principles underlying infrastructure assets.

You will have excellent commercial awareness and acumen, be impeccably presented and FLUENCY in English is an ABSOLUTE MUST.

You must be educated to a high standard and candidates with an accounting qualification will be preferred.
