As one of Australia’s leading provider of investment products, our client has built an enviable reputation in the development and management of Infrastructure Assets. More recently, they have built products more appropriate for the retail space, through the launch of hybrid infrastructure fund. In order to gain retail listed exposure, the team has constructed an index that replicates the universe of global infrastructure stocks.

Given the increasing size of this fund, the role of Assistant Portfolio Manager has been created. Working as part of the Portfolio Management Team, you will be responsible for - Supporting the Fund Manager in constructing and maintaining the portfolios - Building and maintaining effective relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders – including distribution, researchers and investors - Provide research assistance into geographic and asset class trends worldwide, as well as around new asset acquisitions - Aid in the enhancement and maintenance of the equities index that the group has created

To succeed, you will - Have proven experience in the area of infrastructure analysis – either listed or unlisted - Some exposure to the funds management industry - Exceptional communication skills
