ALL OPTIONS is a privately-held company providing liquidity for several major financial markets and operates in trading units for market making and algorithmic trading in Amsterdam, Switzerland, Curacao and very soon, Hong Kong.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working within the Operations Department to understand business requirements and within to design efficient and scalable solutions.

• To conduct regular checks on All Options software, price differences, various trades and more.

• Liaising regularly with traders, brokers and clearing banks.

• Handling and dealing with various issues throughout the day.

• You will directly contribute to the success of the team and the company in a very important way.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University level education.

• A minimum 1 year experience in a similar position and/ or industry.

• Sound knowledge and working experience Microsoft Office – particularly Excel.

• Above average trouble-shooting capabilities.

• Affinity with numbers and enjoy related problem solving.

• Well developed critical thinking skills with an ability to identify and develop resolutions to often complex problems.

• A pro-active, self-starting personality who can think abstractly and has an inquisitive mind.

• A team player who works equally well independently and is very accurate.

• Flexible attitude to working hours.

• No 9-5 mentality.

• Open to new challenges daily.

• Driven, energetic, enthusiastic, mature and confident.
