Responsibilities include:
-Manage calendar, including scheduling of appointments
-Manage telephone activity and respond to inquiries as needed
-Co-ordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports
-Help prepare PowerPoint presentations
-Maintain various status reports
-Finalize, format, and proof-read correspondence and formal documents
-Work on various databases and Excel spreadsheets
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree from top college, top grades
-3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services
-Outstanding writing skills
-Must be detail oriented and have the ability to build and leverage good working relationships
-Candidates should be able to manage multiple projects at once, and meet all required deadlines
-The ability to work independently and be self-directed
-Excellent communications skills
-Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
