Working typically on assignments at AVP level initially (moving to Director level assignments eventually), this is an opportuntity to either move out of a career in banking (but applying your knowledge to a new client facing role); or move from a higher volume based recruitment firm into a specialist.
You will work closley with the Managing Director on a day to day basis, with support in learning and development on building client relationships, conducting yourself in client meetings, helping advise people on career options and other related considerations. You will work with a team of 4 consultants with a combined experience of 27 years in the industry.
To be succesful within GOW requires an individual with initiative, a strong client service focus, the ability to work well within a team (though essentially you will run your own business) and an attitude and behaviour which is focused on building long term relationships with clients and candidates. An attractive remuneration package with performance based rewards is on offer. Apart from a strong base level bonus formula, short and medium term incentives are also part of the remuneration structure.
