This is a great opportunity to utilise your previous experience within Group superannuation or Life insurance claims to join this leading financial services organisation.

The role will offer an opportunity to play an active role in contributing to both system and process change as well as various adhoc departmental projects as directed by the claims manager.

Working closely with the Claims Manager you will be responsible for the assessment and case management of claims, ensure recoveries are up to date and in line with relevant guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with previous experience within Life Insurance or Group superannuation and a thorough understanding of the end-to-end claims process.
