Client is a well recognised name in the market with a reputation for providing an excellent service to their clients. This ensures that their client base continues to grow through recommendation and referrals. They currently have a fabulous opportunity to become a member of their CFD client service team. This is a friendly and sociable team managed by supportive and encouraging team leaders. The team leaders themselves have worked their way up in the team and have hands on experience within the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clients with exceptional client service in relation cfd products
• First line support for product knowledge, IT, payments via phone and email
• Meet department KPI's in relation to call quality
• PS146 / RG146

You will be a good team fit if you are polished, professional and have a down to earth attitude. This really is a marvellous opportunity to join a growing company that looks to promote internally.
