Recruitment Expert - Manager Level (ref 0806-86ADV)

Your role will include a large scope of responsibilities from analysing the company's recruitment strategy to developing creative solutions to attract top candidates. You will also play an active role in the entire recruitment cycle as well as liaise with external providers.

What you need to be successful for this role :

• 3 to 5 years recruitment experience within the financial services sector
• excellent people management skills managing and motivating a team
• fluent written and spoken English
• creativity, pro activity and multi tasking skills
• PC literate and internet broad knowledge
