Our client is leading financial services company, due to further growth in the region they are currently looking for a new Head of Recruitment for Asia Pacific.

Reporting to the Global Head of Recruitment you will be responsible for all recruitment within the APAC region. You will be responsible for a large team based in a number of leading countries and it will be up to you to manage their performance and report directly back to the business. This is large role that requires someone who is comfortable working across all business lines and has accumulated the required gravitas to get the job done amid all the internal politics. Furthermore you will be the leading figure when working and deciding on all PSA agreements and will work closely with Business Heads globally to understand the strategy for the APAC region.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 12years recruitment experience and have worked in both an agency and inhouse environment. Due to the seniority of the role we are looking for someone with extensive managerial experience, who is able to guide and advise both junior and senior members of their team. Regional APAC experience would be an advantage, however this is not essential, above all we are looking for someone who has experience managing a team across a number of countries. English is essential.
