The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 12years recruitment experience and have worked in both an agency and inhouse environment. Due to the seniority of the role we are looking for someone with extensive managerial experience, who is able to guide and advise both junior and senior members of their team. Regional APAC experience would be an advantage, however this is not essential, above all we are looking for someone who has experience managing a team across a number of countries. English is essential.
