Real Estate is a fast growing business in Luxembourg ! Our client is part of a European property fund manager. Due to their rapid growth and the implementation of a new office in Luxembourg, they are looking for a talented financial audit experienced individual to develop, plan and manage their finance, accounting and reporting functions.

Junior Finance Manager (ref 0806-43CDB)

As you will be involved in a start-up operation it is important you are able to demonstrate entrepreneurial qualities and decision making skills in addition to the technical requirements of the role. You must be able, and happy, to work both at strategic and basic levels.

You will be responsible for :

• reviewing and analysing management accounts
• producing annual budgets in line with Group deadlines
• reviewing statutory accounts with 3rd party provider
• main contact for auditors, banks and fund administrators
• reviewing quarterly fund reports
• fund project work
• VAT compliance
• taxation
• internal controls
• producing board reports

Your profile:

• accounting or finance related degree
• 3 to 4 years in a financial audit function
• sound knowledge of IFRS and consolidation experience
• German mother tongue level, fluent written and spoken English
