Our client, an alternative investment firm, servicing the European markets, is currently looking to recruit a Senior Investment Analyst for their Luxembourg operations. The company focuses on investing in closed-end real estate funds and other non-traded financial instruments.

THE ROLE

• As a Senior Investment Analyst, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Identify and monitor new funds and investment proposals.
• Deal with legal and marketing aspects.
• Financial modeling and real estate valuation analysis.
• Comparable valuation and market analysis.
• Manage and close investment transactions and liaise with other Analysts.
• Prepare presentations and recommendations to Investment Committee.
• Keep up to date with latest market developments.

THE PROFILE

• University degree in Finance and CFA would be preferential.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Background on buy side valuations/ investor/ structuring products and vehicles will also be considered.
• Minimum of 3 year of German real estate experience. US real estate experience advantageous.
• Competent in Word, Excel and Argus.
• Interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, accurate, independent.
