Chicago based trading firm seeks an IT manager to head up all technology related activities. The principal goals will be to develop and manage trading applications for each department and sustain the IT infrastructure for this 30 person organization.

Position requires at least 10 years of experience in information technology positions of progressive responsibility, including at least five years of experience managing IT staffs of approximately 5-20. The ideal candidate will have a solid IT/Finance blend of skills with experience in Equity and Equity derivatives trading as well as significant experience working with Java.
