What’s the opportunity? Reporting to a Director, the role of Associate Director encompasses:

  • Working independently in conjunction with having the capacity to lead and manage a high-performing team
  • Provision of high quality verbal and written research advice to clients
  • Direct management and responsibility of projects, including scoping and costing
  • Co-ordination and commissioning of sub-consultants
  • Maintenance and growth of excellent external client relationships
  • Seeking and acting on new business opportunities and leads
  • Contribution to the development and implementation of quality and best practice initiatives

  • Advanced technical and analytical skills and outstanding project management skills
  • Industry knowledge and specialisation
  • Highly motivated and passionate about property economics and market research

Above all you're a self-starter, lateral thinker and outstanding communicator. You are self aware, mature and confident, constantly seeking new approaches and solutions while working as part of a driven and highly professional team. You want to work with a group of people who are committed to doing things fantastically well and never settling for mediocrity. You’ll have degree qualifications in Economics or a relevant discipline.
