Pull together comprehensive and accurate information and analysis for the UAE and Abu Dhabi to support key development decisions. Undertake information sharing and joint analysis with regional business.Responsible for the gathering, assimilation of analysis of all Economic information and data in support of activities

Responsibilities • Analyze concerns associated with apartments, villas and commercial buildings which are slow to lease and offer recommendations to Property Managers and Head of Leasing Department • Create and develop relationships with key individuals within ministries, public bodies to obtain necessary information and undertake joint research/studies • Explain effectively all lease policies to new and current residents. • Continue with research to determine whether the product being considered will attract public interested. • Study the reaction of the public to products in order to determine the opinion customers have of the product and whether it will be successful. • Work with Real Estate researchers internally and externally to establish comprehensive supply database immediately within the offices, retail and residential sectors, subsequently in the hotels, hospitality and education sectors. • Gather information about Markets, competition and • Prepare monthly competitive survey reports to analyze the real estate market trends and conditions in the area. • Understand and comply with UAE Laws and standards. • Ensure accurate information is provided to the management regarding upcoming projects in the Market. • Responsible for relevant correspondence with tenants, potential tenants and customers. • Communicate with companies regarding renting space as required. • Correspond with clients and potential clients to answer queries and provide information. • Responsible for managing Economics element of Research Budget and commissioning external work • Assist in establishing the economic analysis function within ALDAR, assess the immediate needs of the business units and develop a strategy to satisfy these needs. •
