This is a great opportunity to join a truly committed player in the provision of structured property finance to the Australian property community.

Our client is a key player in the provision of big ticket structured property finance solutions to the Australian property sector. Reporting to the Head of Credit this role will involve taking full responsibility for the Property Finance Credit Risk function for deals emanating out of NSW and possibly QLD (dependant on seniority). This is a pro active credit role and will involve working closely with the business to assess the credit worthiness of potential transactions.

Candidates will possess:

• first class credit skills: • will have a comprehensive understanding of the Australian property market: • strong verbal and written communication skills .
