You will be an integral member of the Division’s Change Management team, and have the following key responsibilities:
- Provision of support to the business on change management initiatives
- Defining and driving business requirements
- Conducting business process reviews
- Defining front-end to back-end processes for new products and initiatives
- Management of Change Management projects
- Assistance and guidance in relation to product control and risk issues as they arise.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following key skills:
- Experience in a Business Analyst, Middle Office or Process re-engineering role in an Investment Banking environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in the use of Excel and Visio
- Capacity to deal with Front Office staff and IT developers
- Understanding of deal processing through front office, risk control, middle office, back office and finance
- An understanding of operational procedures and risk controls and why these are required
- Ability to scope and document development requirements in support of business and operational initiatives, and ability to actively guide the development from a user perspective
- Ability to re-engineer a process from initial problem analysis through to solution implementation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and confidently deal with people at all levels.
