This is a senior hire for a top tier investment bank. (Less experienced team members will also be considered)

You will be an integral member of the Division’s Change Management team, and have the following key responsibilities:

  •  Provision of support to the business on change management initiatives
  •  Defining and driving business requirements
  • Conducting business process reviews
  • Defining front-end to back-end processes for new products and initiatives
  • Management of Change Management projects
  • Assistance and guidance in relation to product control and risk issues as they arise.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following key skills:

  • Experience in a Business Analyst, Middle Office or Process re-engineering role in an Investment Banking environment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in the use of Excel and Visio
  • Capacity to deal with Front Office staff and IT developers
  • Understanding of deal processing through front office, risk control, middle office, back office and finance
  •  An understanding of operational procedures and risk controls and why these are required
  •  Ability to scope and document development requirements in support of business and operational initiatives, and ability to actively guide the development from a user perspective
  •  Ability to re-engineer a process from initial problem analysis through to solution implementation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and confidently deal with people at all levels.
