Two positions have been made available due to an internal progression and maternity leave cover within the Transaction management team. The key aspect of this role is to administer the decisions around special purpose entities established in securitisation transactions. This will include the establishment of new accounts, reconciliation and distribution of cash flows and the administration of cash advance facilities. The successful candidate will be required to assist with commercial paper issues and roll overs along with new transactions and trust management. There is an element of reporting required for management and internal teams that needs a high level of detail and focus.
NabCapital is looking for someone who has worked within the finance sector for a minimum of 3 years in a middle office position. You will possess an excellent understanding of the interaction and relationship between the front, middle and back office and with a demonstrated efficiency in end to end transaction management. Due to the complexity of the products offered by NabCapital you will be required to produce and update various financial models to be utilised by other internal teams for making informed decisions You will therefore be thoroughly proficient in excel and would be capable of working with Austraclear and various operational systems. Experience with Loan IQ would be highly regarded.
