Working in the Equity Markets Group (a division that covers principal equity trading, product origination, equity based managed funds, warrants and derivatives sales and distribution activities) and reporting to the COO, this role will ensure integrity and control of operational processes by performing and monitoring reconciliations for the business globally. Key responsibilities include managing a team of approximately 25 staff (of which some are based offshore) together with driving and implementing global change/process improvement initiatives.

Applications are sought from high-calibre individuals with relevant experience in senior Operations Management position with an international investment bank, fund manager or third party provider.
