As one of the pioneer investors in private equity secondaries it has built a team across North America and Europe to take advantage of global secondary investment opportunities. It is building its London team to manage the European operations.

It is seeking a new analyst into its new team. You will have high responsibility as you will be performing a broad range of duties as part of the firm’s secondary private equity investment. Your responsibility will include financial analysis to support due diligence, reviewing documentation, preparing investment committee memoranda, investment execution and portfolio monitoring. You will support the senior team from the London office.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

• A strong academic track record with a 2.1 or equivalent from a leading university
• Candidates should be UK based
• Outstanding analytical experience in deal execution gained in M&A, leveraged finance, transactional services or private equity
• Excellent financial analysis and modelling skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to prioritise and manage shifting tasks and priorities
• Great team player able to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Willingness to travel
• An additional European language will be a plus
