Our client is a leading global Wealth Management organisation. Global Wealth Management & Business Banking combines the world’s leading wealth management business. They are currently looking for an Assistant Client Adviser to join the business.
The respective individual will be expected to carry out the following:

Learn about the function of the Client Advisers, helping organise the administration and systems on the Advisery Desk. • Check documents for accuracy and completeness as part of the account opening and transfer process, keeping the ‘pipeline’ information up to date and accurate. • Monitor transfers, which are not moving swiftly, and be able to speed up that process by being assertive and tenacious. Advise relevant Advisors of the status of transfers. • Update and maintain information on the contact database to reflect the current status of introducers and clients. Manipulate and analyse data from different systems. • Organise the quarter end workflow for Advisers – diaries, reports, letters etc to best effect. • Learning about the service offered in order to be able to speak knowledgably on this to Wealth Managers and clients and keep this knowledge up to date as the service continues to develop. • Take calls on behalf of Advisers and, in their absence, speak to Wealth Managers and clients and be able to answer basic questions on their portfolios. • Maintain good relationships with Wealth Managers and their office staff. • Assist Advisors with correspondence to clients – basic letter writing to be undertaken unsupervised. • Liaise with Wealth Managers on client portfolios that they manage via their system ‘Tethys’ – answering queries by email and telephone.

Qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications beneficial. If no qualifications are held, the exams must be taken within 6 months of joining. • Probably educated to degree level or equivalent.

Other relevant information: • Reports to Head of Client Relationships. • Works closely with the rest of the Advisery Team, Operations, Chief Executive and Marketing Team. • This role needs someone who is a very experienced administrator and who actively enjoys responsibility.
