FUNCTIEOMSCHRIJVING: The Account Manager will work in Brussels for a year. After this, he/she will work in Amsterdam. As an account manager, your mission is to :
- lead the operational relationship with our clients in close collaboration with sales and relationship management and operations,
- be responsible for the oversight and monitoring of our clients activity across services
- act as central escalation point for service level issues, and ensure value-added service is provided through a pro-active support/follow-up of our clients needs and expectations
Responsibilities are not limited to the below but will include the following:
- Pro-actively manage a pool of assigned clients aiming at providing timely and complete assistance to meet the service level expected by your assigned clients through in depth knowledge of their activities and analysis of their performances.
- Act as escalation point bringing solution to any client issue. Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of your assigned clients.
- Proactively monitor the clients’ business identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency daily activities.
- Define a yearly action plan in collaboration with your clients and operational teams. Ensure actions are evolving as expected trough a regular follow-up.
- Monitor quality and timeliness on clients’ queries trough measurement of predefined benchmarks
- Contribute to the set up of new clients and migration of new business
- Interact on a continuous basis with the Sales and Relationship Managers and Senior Management
- Deliver presentations to clients, training and seminar
FUNCTIE-EISEN: The ideal candidate has a Bachelor or University degree. He/She is autonomous, combining good analytical skills with good presentation and communication skills. He/she is client focused, a very good net worker and negotiator, stress resistant, organized, ambitious, flexible and aware of market developments. The ideal candidate has previous experiences in a client facing role in the same business (financial securities services business). Very good knowledge of  English and Dutch is mandatory, good command of 2 other languages is an asset.
