Programme Manager, Project Manager, Commodities, Equity Derivatives, Credit Derivatives, Interest Rate Derivatives.

Programme / Project Manager required by a prestigous, top tier Investment Bank based in the City. My client are currently recruiting for a senior Project Manager to join their Commodities Technology team which is rapidly expanding in order to support the biggest growing business area within the organisation.

The role will require a lot of interaction with the business in order to understand new products that are likely to be traded throughout 2008. There is likely to be a big expansion across the European power and gas markets as well as big growth within Emmission trading. Once the business requirements have been gathered and fully understood, the individual will be required to liaise heavily and manage a number of resources within the technology function in order to delivery the new implementations into the business.

My client are looking for a high calibre project manager who has a good depth of experience from within an investment bank. If the candidate doesn't have hands on experience of commodities technology, they need to have an interest in the business area and preferably a background in derivatives technology, with an understanding of exotic products. My client are looking to undertake interviews immediately so a quick response is recommended.
