Our derivatives bureau offers the ability to trade bonds, equities, commodities and currencies. Our training program improves on the other “graduate training schemes” by allowing new trainees access to a live professional trading environment from day one. Trainees are expected to take responsibility for their learning and implement their strategies upon successful completion of the classroom-based training then onto the trading simulators. Trainees will work alongside not only fellow live graduates but also seasoned traders whose hands-on teaching and advice is as important as classroom theory. Trainees will be assessed at regular intervals and those that meet our very high standards will be offered their own live trading account with Futex.
